We loved our experience with DT homes. Not only did they build our current home, they did the sell of our previous home and got well above asking price. The building experience was a smooth as could be expected in the current climate we live in. Being a family owned company and not a large franchise the owners were readily available to answer any questions. If I were to build another home, I would absolutely call DT homes to build it. It’s a super simple process, pick your plan, make your customizations and sit back and wait.
